What is the shipping time?
We're thrilled to offer free shipping on all orders! Depending on the type of shipping service selected, your order can take between 4 - 20 business days.
When will my order ship?
Unlike most brands, we ship every day of the week! However please note that your order can take between 1 – 2 business days to fully process.
Can I track my order?
When we ship your order you will receive an email notification! You'll receive an email with a tracking number if you selected a tracking method. You can visit the shipping courier’s website and enter the tracking number there to stay updated on your order’s shipping status.
How will YPSOHEALTH™ be shipped?
We use multiple carriers for fulfillment including (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL). Unfortunately, we’re not able to control the shipping carrier used in any one shipment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Customs and Import Duties)
Customers outside the US may be liable for any customs and import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions, and other local requirements. These charges must be paid directly by the recipient of the parcel. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We are not liable for any custom or import duties.
Your local courier may also charge a handling fee. This is a matter between you and the respective courier, exclusive of Hyspohealth™. All charges must be paid directly by the recipient. We are not liable for, and will not reimburse any of these charges and duties.
If you refuse to pay the fees outlined above, you are also refusing your parcel. If you refuse your parcel, you may be contacted by the respective third-party informing you that your parcel will either be destroyed or re-shipped back to us. Hyspohealth™ is not liable for any packages destroyed by a third-party courier service and your order will not be refunded. If your parcel will be sent back to us, all shipping costs (along with any duties and taxes charged on that parcel) will be charged to Hyspohealth™, hence, your order will not be refunded.
